1. OMELETTE
Fluffy omelette for breakfast
or lunch

tbsp butter
·
2
eggs
·
2
tbsp milk (or water)
·
salt
and pepper
·
fresh
parsley
·
spring
onions
·
tomato
·
ham/salami/bacon/mince
·
cheese
- Mix eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper and whisk for one minute – to make sure your omelette will be fluffy.
- Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan on medium heat, and pour the egg mix into the pan.
- Add small pieces of cold meat and sprinkle finely chopped fresh parsley, tomato and spring onions across the omelette.
- Once the omelette starts to look like it’s cooked all the way through, add the grated cheese and let the omelette cook for another minute or so – until the cheese melts.
- Fold the omelette in half and serve on toast or fresh bread with butter.
2.Simple Bread Omelette Recipe.
- Egg -1
- Bread - 4 slices
- Small Onion - 1
- Green chilies - 2-3
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Cut
out the center of the bread.
- Break
an egg, add salt, green chilies, onions and coriander leaves.
- Mix
all ingredients together
- Place
the bread (with center removed) on a preheated pan.
- Pour
1 ladle of the egg mixture in the center and place the middle portion of
the bread, press lightly.
- Wait
till the egg is cooked and turn it over for the bread to be toasted.
- Can
be served with a little butter on top.
